Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 working days.

  • Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner availability.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and levied as per order value and delivery location.

  • For promotional offers (such as “Free Shipping”), applicable terms will be mentioned clearly at the time of purchase.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking details.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update once the courier has picked up the package.

 

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occasionally occur due to: courier service issues, lockdowns, strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

  • The Purple Himalayas will not be held responsible for delays after dispatch, as shipping is managed by third-party logistics providers.

 

Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship across India to serviceable pin codes as covered by our logistics partners.

  • If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout prior to completion of order placement.

 

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

  • Orders returned due to incomplete/incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts will not be eligible for refund. Customers may request reshipment, subject to additional shipping charges.

 

International Shipping

  • At present, we do not ship internationally.

Refund & Cancellation Policy​

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our support at thepurplehimalays@gmail.com or +91 9876521644 with your order details.

  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours or after the order has been dispatched will not be accepted.

 

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are offered once the order is processed and/or shipped, except in cases where products are:

    • Damaged during transit

    • Incorrect/defective items received

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be made within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at thepurplehimalayas@gmail.com, along with supporting images and order details.

 

Returns

  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage, defect, or incorrect item delivered.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
